Get rid of your wrinkles in 15 minutes
Crepey skin. Deep wrinkles. Acne scarring. Sun damage. A revolutionary treatment can help these problems – Fractional CO2 Laser Skin Rejuvenation. Called the “antiaging breakthrough of the decade” by WebMD, this therapy delivers traditional laser treatment (considered the “gold standard” in wrinkle removal) with a unique, gentler application. The results are dramatic.
Just ask Barbara Gabel, who recently underwent two Fractional CO2 Laser therapies. It’s now been several weeks since her last treatment, and she couldn’t be happier.
“I’m 63 years old,” Barbara says, “and now I look rested and fresh. I look like me – the way I should look. The procedure has taken away all that ‘chicken skin,’ and my skin is absolutely lovely.”
Laser therapy sends directed beams of heat into your skin, which damages the skin cells and creates a wound. As the skin heals, the body sends in new collagen to tighten up the wound. The damaged top layer of skin flakes off like a scab, and exposes new, fresh skin (now firmed up with extra collagen) underneath.
Unfortunately, traditional laser treatment destroys the entire top layer of skin. A patient’s face will be red and blistered for 2 to 4 weeks. And sensitive areas, like the neck, cannot be treated.
But Fractional CO2 Laser therapy is gentler. Specialized equipment makes a series of tiny holes in the skin – similar to aerating your lawn. Only those little spots of skin are damaged, and intact, normal skin surrounds the injured parts. The entire treated area heals remarkably faster – 2 to 5 days – and the procedure can be done during a 15 to 20 minute “lunchtime” visit with a topical anesthetic. A patient may receive multiple treatments spaced a month or so apart.
Barbara is thrilled. “This has made a tremendous improvement in the quality of my skin and the evenness of my skin tone. I don’t have to wear the heavy foundation I used to; I just use a tinted moisturizer now, maybe a little blush, and people complement me and tell me how good I look.
“I didn’t tell my mother, and when she saw me she asked if I got a new haircut (I didn’t). She said whatever it was, I looked great!
